After the campaign SECOMS continue to sell RM 10 cash vouchers and conduct live video on these platforms. Our Live Video can achieve as many as 773 view and 23.3K likes. Auto Welcoming AI or AWA is a robot that provides the next level customer experience to the guests by sending them welcome messages after they check in and address queries they might have regarding the hotel instantaneously.
